* Moved nghost libraries to another branch - libnghost
* Modified nghost2 branch to look at libnghost via pkgconfig
* recommend developers keep something installed somewhere (use the --prefix in configure to install libs somewhere, then use the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable to tell pkg-config where the pkg-config files are for libnghost
* Probably still needs some work... not easily done, this...
