remove some build specific files (they're generated on ./configure or make)

hope i didn't break anything - i haven't had time to test (school's waiting) - please report to the list if it's not!
to activate SQLITE you'll have to uncomment the 2nd line in options/update_stream.php - this will be fixed soon
don't forget to install php5-sqlite if you need this (if it's not statically compiled into php5: probably not on most distros)

add and implement argument parsing using getopt().
all this in modular fashion, use the static class
cmdline in cmdline.h to plug in your cmdline options

New "more" menu containing streams, gps, options

Added functions to menuclass for tabs
changed some data types in buttonclass
added custom tab options to readconfig()
created tab buttons for different media types

Modified buttonclass to work better with tabs
Modified menuclass to be more dynamic with tabs
Now supports different sized buttons (alpha layer needs work still)
