We have a Pantum 7102DW printer/scanner. When we try to do batch printing with NAPS2 and have each scan saved to an indivitual file, it just crashes the program. The software looks like it's scanning and pulls all pages through but then it just hangs. Is this a known issue and if so, is there any fix for this? Thank you.
