windeployqt doesn't work

When I run windeployqt it gives the following error,
Unable to locate ICU library icudt56.dll

The msys/mingw64/bin has libicudt56.dll and no icudt56.dll

Yeah we have different ICU libraries naming. Seems it need to be fixed in windeploy. Feel free to provide patch
