Error in sparse matrix calculator (modulo operator)
Change randomize_vec in randomize.cc to randomize

- Added ran_end routine to randomize library
- comments in parse_command_opts

- cleaning up randomize library
- for compatibility with libagf and greater transparency, vector files
now have a size header
- not sure what I did with simple_temp.cpp...

Added random number generator interface...
