#3 Empty cluster file and no .tsv output
Dear all,
I used the MitoSAlt pipeline for some of my WGS data and found interesting positions in the .breakpoint file.
The cluster files however are all empty for the different data files I used and no plot with the final .tsv file was created.
Would you kindly help me out in finding the source of this error?
