Removing duplicate "spec" directory. The directory "Spec" already exists. Note the different case. If you try to checkout this directory into a case-insensitive file system, it will fail.

Added XPL_LIGHTGATEWAY and XPL_LIGHT tags to support the new xPL Lighting classes.
