#27 General Settings
Currently there is 'Song Settings', which apply to a specific file.
However, there is no way to modify the standard settings.
Eg when opening a new file, I always have to go to song settings and untick the 'Show the Piano'
(I never need it).
It would be great to have something like 'General settings' (same options as 'Song settings'), which aplly if song settings have not yet been set.
In addition, reset of general settings to some default (as it is today) would be nice.

I could work around it by myself, by changing the source code (and learning how to build APKs ...):
