Ability to change the forwardmsg setting to enable when detached from bouncer, and disable when attached. Currently even if you are logged in, private messages are logged and email'd etc even though you already have them. I would propose a option that when set this will only take place when detached (you could forward privmsg's to a cell phone's sms when you aren't around).

I just wonder if replacing 'forwardmsg = "command"' with 'forwardmsg = "mode"' (mode as in "never, always, detached, attached" and 'forwardcmd = "command"' would be a good idea. I think this would be logical but people never read those changelogs for stuff like this.
