Renamed 'session' to 'lesson' and Import/Append from Pauker to Import/Append from File, 'Delete from Session' renamed to a clearer 'Delete a Lesson'. Help rewritten. This will hopefully make MP more understandable to new users.

Various small improvements (do not allow to put some tasks into the background such as File Explorer or session save on quit; when quitting via the key 5 from a repetition and there is no session, show only 1 confirmation dialog; alert formatted with an empty line)
