changed title to indicate the current version .30

1.Always setting display.setCurrent when progress gauge stopped, under Nokia 6300 the gauge was still visible even though getCurrent.getTitle reported something else and this.isShown was false. Don't understand what was going on here :-(
2.Added progress info to the gauge, now used only by file import.

Added "known issue" - FileBrowser sometimes blocks when started (from the user's point of view).

1. Added "Repeat new" to be able to "repeat" cards you haven't learned via Pauker first.
2. Added option to draw cards in a random order (good for Repeat New)
3. Added background loading of cards - after the first 100 cards are loaded from a stored session, the loading tasks switches into the backround and you can immediately start to "Repeat New" without the need to wait for all to be loaded. Valuable on older, slow mobiles like Siemens ME 75.
4. Support for legacy File API on older Siemens phone.
5. Support for importing cards from a Pauker file lesson.pau.gz embedded directly in this application's JAR for mobiles that don't support File API.
