#19 Styles in 1.1.05 standard mixed up a bit
V1.1.05-debug looks as it should - the main menu title "MPdbg> session name" and its actions [Select, Help] have black background, grey/white text. However the standard version has incorrect styles for these two items - they both have the standard MP background & style, thus occupying unnecessarily large space (larger font) and not being clearly separated from the menu, whose style they share.
Fixed in 1.1.06. You can now select native or custom menu version.
