Metalinks Code

Added a function for saving metalinks.

Small fix to #!/usr/bin/python.

Made sure that no lines are more than 79 characters long in the source code.

Added documentation for test_metalink.py.

Added #!/usr/bin/python line for easy Linux execution

- Checked login, should now work for admin-admin
- Checked default listing, seems to work.
- Metalink creation is still on the works.
- Basic functionalitty there, the system is working except for the metalinks part

Initial commit of Minormirror: a simple PHP based metalink generator for small mirroring communities.

Minor changes...

Added a lot of more docstrings.

Added unit testing and epydoc documentation to the branch. Still not complete, but it's there.
