Made sure that the unittests were up to date with the current version of code

Name-change for sbml defintion of tracked molecules

Some work on getting the unittests online together with the new cmake build script. They do however not play along the the change in the code as of yet.

More work on the manual for the new release.

trying to make the scale dependent reaction rates an optional compile

Work on the manual to reflect the addition of the MOLECULE_TRACKING part
