mrxvt Code

When exec'ing commands (via bell command, or via Exec / NewTab), backslashes or chains of backslashes are only treated specially if they preceed a space. (See man page on -blc, and the Exec macro for complete behaviour).

Enabled bell throttling by default
If -vb is used, then disable -blc.

Fix (replace astr with cmd in src/init.c) build that breaks with the following error:

Tried to make %s expand to the selection even if it is not owned by mrxvt. But
did not understand the code, and gave up. Just formated some selection code
better :).

Added documentation about new word splitting, and updated menus / mrxvt.sample
to use this.

1. BugFix: Str and Esc macros would send one too many characters to
rxvt_tt_write / rxvt_cmd_write.
2. BugFix: rxvt_string_escaped would gobble the backslash of unrecognized escape
sequences (e.g. "\G" would produce "G" and not "\G")
3. Semi-incompatible change: Changed word splitting of command arguments to only
split at spaces or tabs. Splitting can be avoided by backslashing the
particular space / tab, and the backslash can be quoted by doubling it. The
old code can be accessed if the macro INTERNAL_WORD_SPLITTING is defined.

1. Ctrl+Shift+w sets ToggleHold -6 by default.
2. The Close macro returns failure if using secondary screen with
--protectSecondary enabled.
3. Ctrl+Shift+w does ToggleHold -6 only if Close 0 succeeds.

BugFix: Macros with the same keysym, but different modifiers are not chained
properly. (Thanks to Gary Zhang for pointing this out).

2. BugFix: If user tries to open a tab with a profile out of range, then print
an error, and open profile 0.
