#1 Majix cannot be started from outside bin-dir
In the current version (v2.0), majix must normally be
started from inside the bin-directory, because on startup
it searches the configuration-file and the template-files
in the current directory.
It would be better to start majix out of any directory
and have an environment-variable or a java-property set
to the installdir of majix.
