When running MActorGUI from installed rpm:
project_actions_ex.xml was not loaded. Reason:Resource
'project_actions_ex.xml' was not found
project_menus_ex.xml was not loaded. Reason:Resource 'project_menus_ex.xml'
was not found

remove scripts and deployment information from mactor-core. 

Set up m2repo
Set up release for all artifacts
