Managed Timer Code

Bug fix and sized messages smaller to fit on screen.

Minor changes to resizing and making the time more viewer friendly.

Added a small time to the bottom of the screen when the countdown timer is running. It uses the local pc time and displays it at the bottom left.

Added ability for slaves to refresh data from server without refreshing the entire page.
Added ability for master timer to send a refresh command for slaves to refresh their data from the server.

Added ability for the slave timer to count up instead of only down.

SQL updates associated with previous committed changes.

Added ability to send messages from master to slaves.
Added ability to replace countdown with a clock (on slaves).
Added ability for master to switch slaves to clock display.

Model updates also included now. Fixed associations and default values for who-did-it behaviour.

Updated actions so that you need to be logged in to see the action buttons (Add, Edit, etc)
Fixed bugs when adding entries from a blank template or instance.

Added a printable view for the timer instances.
