Just wanted to notify all our developers that we're having our first IRC meeting on September 8, 2005 11:00 PDT (GMT -7) on our IRC channel. It will be held at DALnet on the #mamook channel (irc://dragons.dal.net:7000/mamook). Hi All, Before Mamook 2.0 was released, several institutions received a pre-release version of Mamook which was Mamook 1.0. I've received a few questions from people asking about upgrading Mamook 1.0 to Mamook 2.0. We actually have scripts and code that can upgrade your database structure and convert your data to fit the new table definitions. If you have modified your code or database, the scripts may not work as is, but we can help. Institutions interested in upgrading should e-mail me directly. Cheers -Chris Chan Mamook Core Developer |
