rework page change code

- remove next/prev code from image handler
- move logic to main, and simplify
- add main.page_changed callback, to be used instead of main.draw_image
(not a callback anymore): will trigger on page change (while
draw_image would trigger each time the page was being drawn)

Use GTK+ stock icons for page navigation.

Use stock icons for directory change too.

Merge branch 'shortcuts'

Add separators before 'Open with' for more clarity.

Prevent 'Open with' overriding 'Open' hotkey.

Add Open With... to popup menu.

Remove 'Minimize' from context menu.

Having this option on the context menu is probably superfluous,
as a minimize option is mostly useful as "Oh, look, my boss just
walked in" kind of emergency key.

Enable "Edit commands" dialog even if no files are loaded.

Take care not to enable commands, since this would most likely
make no sense.

Mnemonic for "Open with" clashes with "Open" in File menu.

Use "w" instead of "o" here.

Show "Open" icon in menu bar next to "Open with" item.
