#325 Add CLI options to LXappearance
LXappearance is a great program, but it is missing one key feature, a CLI. A simple way to list, get, and set the theme is all that is needed. I have been unable to find a program that is as complete in changing the theme as LXappearance, but the lack of CLI makes changing the theme based on the time of day difficult.
