In older version the config.sub is not necessary, but its created for compatibility

Wrong file separator

Changes necessary to compile with Ubuntu 13.10 and the g++ compiler 4.8.1

config.sub and config.guess are now automatically added if missing

New peek and apply with just the filename added, useful when implementing look-ahead readers or caches.

Bug in getNextLine() fixed. Some extremely rare simultaneous conditions would break some tests for completing a large buffer exactly at the end of the file.

LTI format added to general methods, as well as a pre-normalization before saving channels.

Fixing some problems with the statusbar in gtk2 (hopefully this still works with gtk1, but since it is very hard to find it anyways...)

GTK-2 needs a slightly different thread initialization.

Better type definitions for accumulative variables.
