Speed improvement for type channel8 by use of a lookup table.

doerfler: @ADD: Many linear algebra functors use the regular matrix<T> but actually work with triangular matrices. The class triangularMatrixType provides a member and enum to determine whether the matrix is supposed to be upper or lower triangular. Parameter classes of such LA functors should inherit the class as virtual public (See. e.g. ltiBackSubstitution).
