Tweak

Finish atom target. Copy atom feeds (and also frozen RSS feeds) to
sf_results/htdocs/linux/links. This copy back to area where crude version
of the loll.atom feed is initially created by bk2site, means that file will
get "recycled" (i.e., reprocessed starting with refined result rather than
crude result) if you use make repeatedly with no change in bookmarks.
However, I checked that the "recycled" result was identical except for
creation date (which is a cross-check that the processing to change from a
crude to refined feed are working correctly).

Fixed limit issue by copying previous logic exactly even though I don't
understand it. Apparently, must supply an alternative template which
outputs nothing. Otherwise, the template that limits to 15 instances will
not work. Functional programming is so cool NOT!

Convert these xslt style sheet files to a form that will work with atom files.
There were several issues that had to be overcome.

* had to bind an atm prefix since XPath cannot select on an entity which
has an xmlns attribute without using a fake prefix such as atm which binds
to the atom xmlns prefix.

* Replace output of static quantities with output of quantities (both values
and attributes) derived from input.

* Use input parameter (along with command-line date command) to determine
update tag of feed entry.

N.B. there is still an outstanding issue with loll_lim.xsl. The previous
method of limiting output seems to no longer work with namespaces.

Create new "atom" target which processes all the atom 1.0 webfeed files.

Initial commit of sed filter to fixup all date/time values.

Initial commit of atom 1.0 feed of Linux highlights.

Initial commit of template to create loll.atom, a crude atom 1.0 feed of
latest added bookmarks to be subsequently filtered into standard form.

Increase maximum characters in comment to 1000

validate highlights.atom rather than (frozen) highlights.rss.
