[LogiLogi-list] Index added, and a few small fixes...

I just added a simple index-page:
http://en.logilogi.org:3000/do/word/index

I also added a few small fixes, like not showing You anymore for
anonymous users, and for the links at the top of the page a check
is made whether you are currently visiting one of them.

Note that a rake redo_dev_db is needed, because a column was added to
the global_configs table to hold the links.

I also updated the docs, as the dependency on ruby-openid was not yet
listed in there...
