Not yet. I hoped to have the priority >= 5 things fixed before setting
it up, so people can actually click on the links in the main-page and
see the link-resolving system working...

But I will set one up later today (that I can automatically update on
each commit, along with the API) and post it to this list.

I just updated the main-page by moving the language-flags into the
body to make it look a little neater. Note however that while I put
some css-hacks in place to make it look good in IE, I did not yet test
it in that browser because I simply do not have it.

The problem with your copy seems to be resolved now (see the other 
e-mail).

However if you like to work on the html only, you can, and just add it
to the svn as new-gui.html or something, and then later integrate it
again (or have that done by someone else, like me ;-)

Though for the javascript it would be nice if you used RJS, as that
(coupled with the rails javascript-libs seems to resolve browser-
compatibility-issues, and is easier to maintain). But feel free to
decide differently.
