For some time I've wanted to work on some common formatting routines to ease service script writing and to standardize output. I finally have some time and motivation to do so. Here is my first attempt - FormatHashCounts.
Please take a look and let me know what you think about the idea in general and this function in particular. It suffers a bit from kitchen sink syndrome perhaps, but I'd rather not duplicate too much code.
