Log4Cocoa Code

Added braces to the conditionals in the macros.
Turned on static analysis.
Added two autoreleases to arrays instantiated in a test class.

- NEW: addition of a new L4LoggerNameMatchFilter class and associated unit test

Sample application shoing log4cocoa's use.
Changed raising NSException to just log a base error instead.
Changed tests to not use unsigned values, but to typecast instead.

Updated the tests to handle the unsigned int type (oops!).
Minor formatting changes (whitespace - yes, I know...).

Changed some int data types to NSUInteger.

L4Level.m : Added a missing retain.
L4PatternLayout : Added %t as a pattern for the current thread. Also added a unit test to assert that the tokens in the pattern are correctly identified.

Corrected the install path. There doesn't seem to be a macro for /Library/Frameworks, so it's set to that without the use of a macro.

Corrected for missing retain calls.
