I'd like to have something built in to Locomotive that was some sort of tabbed window which monitored the logs (mostly log/development.log and log/test.log, but being able to handle arbitrary logs would be useful).

It would be even better if the way it was implemented was such that it would show the contents of stdout of any process. (ie the implementation of showing the logs would just be a tabbed window showing the result of `tail -f log/development.log` which would continually update). That way, we could then tail the output of other tasks, like autotest.

Bonus points would also be awarded for having all the file names mentioned in the output (eg tracebacks) being clickable links that opened them in TextMate.

I may be prepared to make a small bounty available for the implementation of such a feature -- contact me if you're interested.
