Lilian - sequential data toolkit Code

Testing GoodmanDOP, simpleUDOP & fastUDOP. Added two corpuswrappers for removing sentences that are too long.

Mostly stuff in-progress, comitting to make sure I've fixed SVN mess.

- Fixed bug in corpora.ovis.TreeCorpus.
- Finalized corpora.StripSentenceCorpusWrapper
corpora.AllBinaryTreesCorpusWrapper.

Small additions to comments

* Started FastUDOP
* added quickCorpus() method to Corpora for testing purposes
* various small tweaks and corrections

* Finished GoodmanDOP. Further testing would be nice.
* Customized equals & hashcode for Tree
* Added Corpora class for static methods on Corpora
* Externalized the CNF conversions to a CorpusWrapper
* Scaffolding for the first UDOP
* Minor adjustments to other classes

Two new wrappers, one of which is not finished.
