led (LDAP Editor) Code

ldapmatch was not matching secondary keys and ldapcat
was not expanding secondary keys, both issues have been
addressed.

Checked with a local NIS expert, they agree with the -t implementation. (d.michaels)

Use the bind and rootbind credentials from pam_ldap.conf to bind
to the directory server.

Parse /etc/ldap.conf or /etc/pam_ldap.conf for nss_base_* map directives

Use $result->entry() instead of shift_entry to avoid changing $result->count

Allow auth: anything not simple to reset the -W override from a blank bindpasswd in default

Allow the use of LDAP URLs for binddn's
correct server list caclulation, uri should take precedence over host
