Plese add wyas to convert ID3 tags from version 2.3.0 to 2.4.0 or the other way around. Some applications do not support on or the other and that might require bulk conversions.

This is already possible, see menu items "Tools/Convert ID3v2.3 to ID3v2.4" and "Tools/Convert ID3v2.4 to ID3v2.3".
