Should this be expanded to assume all logins associated with that server, or
constricted to an effective REVOKE_LOGON?  as it is, it doesn't fit current
meme's.
Note: it does do the recursive thing.  Should it be renamed/redescribed?

Finish documetation.

fix km_batch_copy/execute to allow you to specify either a machine list, or
a specific access_*.txt file.  Needed?
