Empty lines were read as unkonwn atoms

adds Symmetry.java class required for future CIF reader
and maybe SHELX reader symmetry operation reading (but
that is complicated by LATT and may not be worth the trouble)

Implementation of unit-cell symmetry reading is complete in
bob200603 branch, but awaits re-introduction of ModelAuxiliaryInfo
in trunk and introduction there of model-specific nominalUnitCell.

adds support for CrystalMaker variant of SHELX

adds CrystalMaker cmdf reading

First changes required for PFAAT

1) set pickingstyle [ chime | rasmol | pfaat ]

2) various changes to picking to allow above

3) facility in Jmol to *not* automatically exit app when last window closed

4) make a few private methods in Jmol to be protected

5) addition of "Select Within" dialog

This means all changes needed by PFAAT are in, except some menu or popup menu method
of getting to the "select within" dialog - I need to disucss this again with Miguel before implementing.
