adds

hbonds calculate

as an EXACT behavioral replacement for Version 10.00

hbonds on

-calculates all hbonds (as in Version 10.00)
-displays only the selected set (as in Version 10.00)
-does not create hbonds where bonds already exist (as in connect auto hbonds)
-calculates but does not actually create hbonds outside the selected set (as in connect auto hbonds; no user difference from version 10.00)
-allows introduction of "connect" while still holding off on "connect auto" until terminology concerns are addressed.

(a) reintroduces (unfixes) bug in inappropriately different behavior between "set picking center" and "center (atom expression)"
(b) reintroduces (unfixes) bug that "set frieda on" and "set picking center" are incompatible.
(c) reintroduces (unfixes) bug in "set frieda on" (now "set windowCentered off") in allowing model to walk into camera in that specialized circumstance.

(a) and (b) involves a return to allowing PickingManager to go through Viewer.setCenter(Point3f) instead of Viewer.setCenterBitSet()

(c) involves setting perspectiveOffset.z = 0 in TransformManager.setPerspectiveOffset().

"set windowCentered off" and "set picking center" should be considered incompatible at this time.
"set windowCentered off" should not be documented at this time.

Two development notes are added as comments.
