Applies to latest version of joe in CVS

Repro:
1. Open joe
2. ^KF to bring up find prompt
3. ^KH to bring up help screen.

Screen draws incorrectly. Upon pressing ^R, the help screen is shown and the new dashed line takes up the entire bottom row (the prompt is nowhere to be seen).

Reproes in putty, xterm, and gnome terminal (haven't tried others)
