#72 Review implementation of dimensions
Kenneth and I have both talked about how units (cm, mm, deg, in, etc.) are implemented. We should review exactly how users will use these to make developing an optics project easier.
One important change should be that the units are NOT selected when editing a cell. The implementation will probably have to change slightly to accommodate this.
I'm pretty sure this is obsolete now that all values are added with equation properties
