PreAlpha Build 0.05

This is a very, very early pre-alpha of the gmtool, which can be used to manage notes, images and sounds.

It is not really recommended for usage, but it can already do the following things:

* Configure the GMTool for your group (combine different plugins into Plugin-Sets, but honestly, there are not enough at the moment to do so)
* Save and Load the scenario into a file. Simple add your files into the plugins (with the "+" buttons), click "save" and you can re-load this scenario and all its files by clicking "load".
* Display images on a 2nd screen, move tokens around on it, rotate tokens
* Display/Edit notes
* Play sounds
* Generate Names from config file
