Added NPCGenerator for Shadowrun (nice Plugin-idea, if you ever need a group of, let's say 5 Gangers or a Corporate Hit Squad on the fly)

Updated WelcomeDialog's functionality.

Update of the scenario&resource system

Primarily modified Scenario, so that the only classes used are the (modified) XML classes.

Used TrueZip library for ZipFile-Resource capability (may be replaced with own code later, as the one place where it's needed probably doesn't justify increasing the binary download later by 450kB).

Continued working on support for generic resources instead of just files.

Added basic resource system, to allow plugins to get their data without having to know where they are coming from (File, ZipFile, later perhaps even http and ftp).

Added basic scenario capabilities. Still working on a more abstract way to aquire files instead of string pathnames.

Image Viewer can now display images inside the tool.
