Oracle TIMESTAMP export TIMESTAMP(6) WITH TIME ZONE as...

When exporting from Oracle, the resulting insert statements for Timestamp columns is something like :
oracle.sql.TIMESTAMPTZ@1d314263

I've tried several JDBC drivers but the result was alreys the same.
Any suggestions what might be the reason?
