Fix inter-map spellbook outage

* Should fix wielding issues between maps. Fingers crossed, though this crops up a lot.

* Infrastructure change to try and support spellbooks etc being taken between maps and
dropped somewhere. Currently this will make it forget the spells, even with the
new subsystem (which is hopefully backwards-compatible with saves - I did try!)
Still needs more work to finally fix it.

Switch panther to single square owing to the annoying problems they cause
and the fact that they are about the size of a small car.
This can be switch back if need be, but if we keep them small they must
be redrawn at some point as they look crap.

Fix stupid bugs in ARM lighting engine

Finally add hatch tool to the Maxima
