[Ipsec-tools-announce] ipsec-tools-users list now available

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce the creation of the ipsec-tools-users list,
which is meant for user discussion, technical support, questions,
and general user chatter.

All support-type questions should move over to the new list,
leaving the -devel list for development discussion and questions.
