Thanks for your offer of help in translating IPCop.

I will send you a username and password for the Language Database in a
separate email.

Once you have them, you will be able to edit phrases in the Database here:
http://www.ipcop.org/langs/index.php

Click on the 'Edit' link beside Sinhala.

That takes you to an 'Edit Page' where all the variables are listed.
Some are for v1.4, and some are for v2. It does not matter in which
order you do the work, you can jump around, and redit words later, as
completed work sinks to the bottom of the page.

Click on a 'Variable Name', like 'access' and put your translation in
the 'Translation' field. Use the 'English Translation' text as your
source, not the 'Variable Name' :)

Click the 'Update' button when you are ready, and then return to the
index for another phrase.

There are lots of phrases now, so do them in small batches, or pick the
common phrases from a menu, or a single page, and do them. Get help from
friends :)
