I have encountered the following issue. I tried to copy an InfrRecorder created data DVD. The clone did not work (guess it is not supposed to for DVDs at this point). So tried to work around by Trying to burn the files by making a new data DVD. That works fine until the image is created (would be nice to know where that goes, at least I could not find it later) and the program tries to write the new disk. It does that without a warning and, because the original is still in the drive, onto that one. This one was fixated. So it screwed up the file entry and resulted in an I/O error. When trying to cancel, it displayed a warning message but upon accepting that did not stop trying to write. Had to kill the program, copy all files onto my hard drive and the burn again (this is where the temporary image could have saved me a lot of time if I could have found it).
Possible solutions:
DeLuxe: Make cloning DVDs possible
Medium Tier: Create a function that allows writing data into a DVD image for later burning.
Minimalist: If the source is an optical disk, put a stop point in and ask to put in a new target disk, so the program does not try to copy the data onto itself.

Hope this makes sense, if not, please feel free to ask for clarification.
Thanks and regards
Ernst
