IBPP, a C++ API for Firebird Server Code

This compiles (vc2010) and will serve as a comparison milestone during the next code revamping phase (matter of days).

Intermediate reference state. VS2010 added to project. Code base has been essentially synced with 2.5/2.6 except for the 'driver' implementation differences, of course. Work still needed to completely remove old row classes and cleanup a lot of things. Not useable for now.

First step handling Driver::Unload.
