- Fixed horf_measurementscontrol: it was extracting the data from the date of the first measurement till the date of the second measurement when there is the taken drug NEAR TO THE SECOND DATE less or equal the duration of the drug, but it has to check that the interval between the two measurements is less or equal the duration of the taken drug.
In the previous version you could have the first measurement the first day of the year, the second at the end of the year and you could have got data if just before the end of the year you have taken the drug.

* TfrmEditExaminations: the creation of a new name of examination, of a new hospital, of a new ward is done inside the same transaction of the examination ones.
This means you will no more get an error adding a new ward to a new hospital and that if you will not save the examination neither the new name and/or new hospital and/or new ward will be saved
* TfrmNavigationPersons: when you create a new record from the list of patients, the new person will be automatically saved as patient. The same for the doctors.
* TfrmEditPersons: hidden the times. Too early to show this tabsheet...

- TfrmMain: pmMonitor.PopUp was not working fine in Linux. Found a workaround
* TfrmMonMeasurementsDrugs: right anchor of the min/max date on the right, default date order = descending
