+ hor_usb_stick_medicaldata: Added MakeRelativeTransformAndInsertDocument to make the export path of the documents relative to the export path, converted into an html way (/ instead of \) and added the documents array

- TfrmEditHospitalizations: Fixed the tab name

* Renamed tAdmissions into tHospitalizations
