+ No more mandatory company name of the drugs and the problem or pathologie for the prescriptions. (Better to not stop the user from the saving of the data...)

+ Problems: adds gravity levels: i.e. from X to Y mild, from A to B severe, etc., so, the problem remain the same but the severity change
+ Zoom also in the heart
