Some ideas... a lot to do...

- TfrmDataBase: added the GPL text
- TfrmBase: added the GPL text
- TfrmBase: also if chkInternalWindowPosition is at top=8000, I have set it as not visible
+ TfrmUsbStick: new window that is starting to work... Should create an usb stick or another external storage with the virtual data of a patient, but for the moment just create a file with fix text
+ Added TfrmMain.LanguageFromMenu: Returns the language code of the given language's menu item

+ New TFrmBase: the lower form level that stores the window's position+size
+ New TfrmDataBase: a form derived from TFrmBase with access to the database
* TfrmEditBase is derived from TfrmDataBase
* TfrmNavigationStandard is derived from TFrmBase
* TfrmMain is derived from TFrmBase
* TfrmAbout is derived from TFrmBase
* TfrmComboBox is derived from TFrmBase
* TfrmCountry is derived from TFrmBase

* all the form windows have the poDesigned position
* Now the save and the restore of the windows' positions work fine!

* all the forms has "screen center" position

- TfrmMain: Fixed the actExemptions execution method
+ TfrmEditExaminations: new tab sheet with the "copy to usb" checkbox to write the examination inside the USB stick
* TfrmEditProblems: shows "(empty)" on null dates
- Fixed sql mandatory fields for tExemptions

+ TfrmNavigationStandard: the position and the size of the form is automatically saved+restored
+ TfrmEditBase: the position and the size of the form is automatically saved+restored

* Renamed "tExemption" into "tExemptions", with note field and the document is not a must
