#65 Comprehensive MyProxy upload tool
This Feature request is associated with the 3.6.1- but applies to all versions.
One feature has been requested by the SHIWA user community:
At current, the MyProxy upload tool available in the Security>Certificates tab in the gUSE portal is limited in functionality.
The specific issue raised by the user, a "[JGLOBUS-22] Algorithm not supported." error. The cause of the issue was identified as being that he had created his key with a version of openssl that is not compatible with the VBrowser.
This was succesfully remedied by:
$ openssl rsa -des3 -in userkey.pem -out userkey.pem
However, the comprehensive MyProxy upload tool https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/MyProxy_tool_GUI
(uploading to the EGI Catch-all myproxy server: myproxy.hellasgrid.gr ) was successful even with his original keys.
This feature request is for the MyProxy upload tool of the gUSE portal to be expanded to a comprehensive MyProxy upload tool, such as https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/MyProxy_tool_GUI
